DAY 1: TRAVEL FROM KAMPALA TO KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, your driver/tour guide will collect you to begin your journey to Kidepo Valley National Park. It’s a long trip, so we’ll start early to beat traffic. We’ll stop for lunch and make several breaks as needed. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your booked safari lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: H/B.
DAY 2: EARLY MORNING WILDLIFE DRIVE WITH CULTURAL ENCOUNTER (KARAMOJONG’S)
Start with an early breakfast or pack it for the wildlife drive. We’ll set out early for better chances of sightings as animals are more active then. Return to the lodge after your adventure. After lunch, engage in a cultural encounter with the Karamojong’s, a distinctive group. Learn about their lifestyle and cultural practices. Return for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
DAY 3: NATURE WALK WITH AN EVENING WILDLIFE DRIVE
After breakfast, take a Nature walk through Kanangorok Hot Springs. The scenery is impressive, and you might see numerous ostriches, often spotted in this area.
