Day 1: Arrive and Transfer to Your Hotel for City Viewing at Cassia Lodge
A Safaris Uganda guide will greet you at Entebbe International Airport, welcoming you to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa. You’ll be taken to your booked accommodation. Early arrivals may opt for a complimentary city tour. Your lodge offers beautiful views of Lake Victoria from Buziga Hill. This casual hotel, 4km from Ggaba Beach and 10km from Kabaka’s Palace, provides airy rooms with balconies, flat-screen TVs, minifridges, en suite bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi. Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Your driver will take you to Murchison Falls National Park. This Uganda safari destination boasts roaring rapids and vast plains where you might spot lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants. The park is known for its hippo and Nile crocodile populations. Birdwatchers can find 450 species, including the rare shoebill stork. En route, visit Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. Lunch stop in Masindi before continuing to your accommodation.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise along Victoria Nile
Early morning game drive in Uganda’s largest national park, offering chances to view lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants. Birders might spot secretary birds and black-chested snake eagles. After lunch, take a boat trip to Murchison Falls’ base, seeing hippos, crocodiles, and water birds. Optional hike to the falls’ top. Evening relaxation at your lodging.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Post-breakfast departure for Kibale Forest National Park. Lunch in Fort Portal with views of the Rwenzori Mountains. Guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary to observe birds, butterflies, and primates. Dinner and overnight in Bigodi.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk
Track Kibale’s famous chimpanzees, our closest living relatives. Uganda hosts about 5,000 wild chimpanzees. The park offers well-maintained walking trails and diverse primates, including red Colobus, red-tailed guenon, and L’Hoest’s monkey. After tracking, enjoy a guided walk through Bigodi swamps.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning relaxation before heading to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s second-largest. Located near the Rwenzori Mountains and Lakes Edward and George, it’s home to gazelle, Uganda kob, warthog, waterbuck, lions, hippos, and elephants. Afternoon game drive included.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise along Kazinga Channel
Pre-dawn coffee before an early game drive to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and more. Afternoon boat safari on Kazinga Channel, connecting Lakes George and Albert. Expect numerous hippos, buffaloes, crocodiles, elephants, and birds.

Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha Sector
Travel to Bwindi through Ishasha, known for tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi, home to about 400 mountain gorillas. Evening preparation for next day’s trek.

Day 9: Gorilla Tracking, Batwa Talks, and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Early breakfast before entering the gorilla sanctuary. Spend an hour with these gentle giants. After lunch, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, known for its 29 islands and terraced hills.

Day 10: Transfer Back to Kampala
